These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TextExpense, a WhatsApp-based expense management service operated by Loopin Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TextExpense is a WhatsApp-based service that:

• Processes receipt images and documents sent via WhatsApp
• Extracts expense data using OCR and AI technology
• Generates organized expense reports in Excel format with summaries
• Maintains expense history and provides categorization

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid WhatsApp account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. Account Registration and Security

• Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your unique account identifier
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for any loss from unauthorized account access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent expense information
• Violate any laws, including tax and financial reporting regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
• Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
• Share or resell access to your account
• Use the service to process inappropriate or offensive content

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Lite Plan: 6 receipts per month, 1-month history
• Pro Plan: 25 receipts per month, 3-month history
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months

6. Service Limitations

• OCR accuracy depends on receipt image quality
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction
• Users are responsible for verifying extracted data
• Service availability subject to WhatsApp API functionality
• Processing times may vary based on system load

7. Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to our service, software, and content
• You retain ownership of your receipt images and expense data
• You grant us a license to process and store your data to provide the service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We process your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• You consent to our data processing as described in the Privacy Policy
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• MERCHANTABILITY

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

• We are not liable for WhatsApp service interruptions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loopin Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the service

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp or email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the service

14. WhatsApp Business Terms

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• Our service operates through WhatsApp Business API
• WhatsApp's terms of service apply to your communications
• We comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• Service availability depends on WhatsApp platform functionality

15. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, Chennai, India
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class actions
• Small claims court actions are permitted

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loopin Technologies regarding TextExpense and supersede any prior agreements.
